Guacamole and Jazzed-Up Sour Cream Toppings for Mexican Dishes

Guacamole










RECIPE INGREDIENTS

4 soft avacados
1/2 onion (chopped fine)
1/4 cup cilantro (chopped fine)
3 Tablespoon miracle whip
6-8 tablespoons of your favorite salsa
1/2 lime - squeezed
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to tast
2 Teaspoon paprika

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients into a pudding type texture. Chill and serve.

Jazzed-Up Sour Cream

 RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

16 OZ. DAISY SOUR CREAM
2 TB. CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO
6 TSP. DRIED ONION FLAKES
1 TSP. DRIED PARSLEY FLAKES
1 TSP. DRIED MINCED GARLIC
1/4 TSP. DRIED BASIL LEAVES
1 TSP. LEMON PEPPER

DIRECTIONS:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL. COVER AND LET CHILL FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS UP TO 24 HOURS.
