Fry Dredge for Fish and Veggies (Cornmeal - Dry Mix)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. stone-ground cornmeal
2 tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, sift the flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper together twice.
Makes 3/4 cup (1 batch).

Note: Add a sprinkling of breadcrumbs if using dredge for fish or oysters for quick browning.
