Potato/Sausage Breakfast Muffins...

Not every recipe can be from "The Joy of Cooking".
While coupon hunting in Sunday's paper, I ran across this recipe. 
We eat Johnsonville Products, anyway, so the reputation for quality proceeded the advert.
Thought it'd be worth a try, so I did.  Very nice for a breakfast brunch!
